BayCoast Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Jared Mota of Warren, Rhode Island, to Assistant Vice President, Project Manager and PMO Coordinator.

In this role, he is responsible for managing and coordinating key bank projects and oversees the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope. In addition, he maintains and tailors the bank’s Project Management Program as required and provides guidance to key bank personnel regarding the Project Management Program.

Mota, who previously held the title of Project Manager and PMO Coordinator joined BayCoast Bank in September of 2018 as a BSA Merchant Analyst. Prior to BayCoast Bank, he was an Operations Manager with East Commerce Solutions, Inc. in Providence, Rhode Island.

A graduate of Bristol Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice, Mota is slated to receive his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University this year. He is a member of the Class of 2021 of the New England School of Financial Studies and a member of the Ocean State Chapter of the Project Management Institute.

From May of 2013 to June of 2019 Mota served as a Corporal in the United States Army Reserve as a Military Police Officer.
