Tiffany Darmetko

WALTHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Inkhouse, an integrated public relations, social media and content agency, today announced the promotion of Tiffany Darmetko to executive vice president, client services, and interim general manager of the agency’s New York City office.

In her new role, Darmetko will oversee client services agency wide, with a focus on creativity and excellence in strategy and execution. She’ll provide insights that support Inkhouse’s ability to anticipate and exceed the needs of clients, specifically CMOs and VPs of Marketing. In tandem, she will continue to evolve Inkhouse’s measurement capabilities in ways that best assess and display the business impact of client work.

Recognizing retention and growth go hand-in-hand, Darmetko will also serve as interim general manager of Inkhouse’s New York City office where she will spearhead the search for an SVP to manage that office. She also supports business development for the firm’s technology clients.

Darmetko has more than a decade’s worth of experience helping tech innovators—both emerging-growth and established companies—to differentiate themselves and succeed in competitive markets through targeted and aggressive integrated communications programs. Darmetko advanced Inkhouse’s reporting system to incorporate metrics such as SEO and website conversion into clients’ quarterly measurement reports to demonstrate the ROI of modern PR.

“Under Tiffany’s leadership, our Inkhouse team provides a sustained level of excellence and creativity in PR that drives brand awareness and interest -- it’s a must for companies like ours that operate in competitive markets,” said Karl Van den Bergh, chief marketing officer at Gigamon. “We leverage hard data and metrics at the board-level to demonstrate the ROI of integrated marketing and PR, and we appreciate the way Inkhouse pairs accountability with a progressive approach to measurement that crystalizes the impact of their results to support the bottom line.”

Darmetko has spent the last four years growing the robust Inkhouse Cyber Security Practice, which works with companies of all stages and sizes across the entire security stack. In addition to cyber security, Darmetko’s expertise spans markets such as enterprise software, SaaS/cloud, business intelligence, data management and renewable energy.

“I’ve been known to call Tiffany a genius, and it’s not hyperbole. Her strategic mind places her clients at the epicenter of their markets. Tiffany is grace under pressure, and one of the most thoughtful PR practitioners in the business,” said Beth Monaghan, chief executive officer and founder of Inkhouse. “Her deep empathy and team-building approach make her a perfect fit to grow our New York City office and team, too.”

Darmetko will work closely with Alison Morra, Inkhouse’s newly appointed chief operating officer, on agency-wide initiatives focused on client strategies and measurement, including training programs for all employees.
