Lando & Anastasi to Present “Intellectual Property Law 2020 Year-in-Review”

On January 27, 2021 from 1:00 - 2:15 pm ET via Zoom, Lando & Anastasi, LLP (L&A) Partners, Nicole Palmer, Nathan Harris, and Eric Carnevale, will present the “2020 Intellectual Property Year-in-Review.” They will provide an overview of Intellectual Property Law highlights from 2020 and what to expect in 2021.

Topics covered include valuable insights and predictions on:

- Significant developments in patent law in the federal courts in 2020, including:

  • Supreme Court decisions affecting patent rights;
  • Changes to the PTAB's practice, in particular regarding petitions for inter partes review; and
  • A selection of significant cases decided by the Federal Circuit over the course of the year

  • Protectability of color trademarks on products and packaging;
