Collaborative firm to also offer “roving” mentors

3MentorAdvisory, an advisory firm that offers businesses a 360-degree view of their operations and determines best practices and insights to help create a fresh approach to improvement, today announced that its core focus will specialize in assisting women in business.

3MentorAdvisory is a collaborative venture among three women business owners with ties to the South Shore: Jacqueline Collins, principal of Partnering for Performance in Abington, Michelle Hatch, partner at Pozerski Hatch & Company, P.C. in Hingham, and Amy Zintl, managing partner of ServiceSense in Florida (and previously of Norwell). Collins, Hatch, and Zintl all continue to lead their own businesses, while also offering lessons learned from their rich experiences in strategy and leadership, accounting and financial advisory, and customer experience through 3MentorAdvisory.

Current areas of focus include clarifying and leveraging leadership styles and strengths, shifting engagement with customers to meet new priorities and needs, identifying opportunities for sustainability, improving Zoom meeting planning, performance, and productivity, reevaluating financial foundations, and realigning three-year strategies to one-year plans.

“Given that we are all women business owners, and our past programs have historically attracted women in business, it made sense for us to officially specialize in helping women in business,” said Collins. “We have a strong understanding of resources available to women as well as specific challenges women in business face, and we are excited to put our collective experiences together to help other women in business.”

Additionally, plans are underway to introduce guest or “roving” mentors, who will offer different outlooks based on the industries in which they work. The “roving” quality also allows for an enlarged geographical view, beyond greater Boston.

“We’re excited by the idea of bringing in other experts and asking them to share their insights,” added Hatch. “It’s a great opportunity to expand on perspectives both in terms of industry and geography.” More news on roving mentors will be released in the weeks and months ahead.
