North Easton Savings Bank is helping to make the season bright with a $5,000 sponsorship of the 2020 Whitman Area Toy Drive.

For the past 20 years, a group of dedicated volunteers, in partnership with local businesses, has collected toys for children of families within the Whitman community. Members of the non-profit organization purchase, sort, wrap and deliver presents in accordance with requests.

The need to bring some cheer is greater than ever this year, with many families struggling to make ends meet. As Whitman’s community partner, once again North Easton Savings Bank has stepped up to deliver for their neighbors.

“We recognize how financially challenging 2020 has been for so many and the importance of maintaining a sense of normalcy, especially during the holiday season,” said Rich Spencer, president and CEO of North Easton Savings Bank. “We consider it a privilege to sponsor the Whitman Area Toy Drive and hope that our contribution delivers joy and happiness to local families.”
