On January 29, 2020, Paul L. Feldman, a shareholder at the Boston law firm of Davis Malm, co-chaired the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) seminar, “Zoning Demystified.” The program discussed how to review and apply a zoning ordinance or bylaw, how to be effective in practicing before local boards, and what happens in an appeal to the Land Court. Mr. Feldman was be joined by co-chair Michael S. Giaimo, of Robinson + Cole LLP, panelists from several Massachusetts-based firms, and the Hon. Howard P. Speicher of the Massachusetts Land Court.

Mr. Feldman’s real estate work involves acquisitions, leasing, permitting and financing. He represents several active and substantial real estate developers, handling transactions all over the country. Mr. Feldman has a deep knowledge of environmental law, representing clients in matters involving contamination, wetlands permitting, waterways licenses and MEPA. He also represents clients in connection with Federal Superfund sites and Chapter 21E matters.
