Goulston & Storrs, an Am Law 200 firm, is pleased to announce that Ingrid Kushinsky has received the 2019 Founders Award from the National Retail Tenants Association (NRTA). The award is presented to one NRTA member each year in recognition of their service to the NRTA and the community.

Kushinsky is a paralegal in the firm's Retail Leasing practice, where she assists attorneys representing landlords and works extensively with developers, leasing agents, and other real estate professionals. She has served on the Board of Governors for the National Retail Tenants Association and is currently Co-Chair of the organization's Curriculum Committee for Lease Administration and Occupancy Cost Tracks.

She received her B.A. from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1991 and her paralegal certificate from Bentley College in 1999.

The NRTA is a leading source of lease administration education for commercial office and retail real estate lease professionals, attorneys, lease accounting and other commercial property management specialists who are responsible for retail real estate lease administration and operating costs.
