Gabrielle Falciano, PT, DPT, ATC
Peak Physical Therapy & Sports Performance, a South Shore practice specializing in unique programs that provide comprehensive treatment in orthopedic, spine and sports medicine specialties, announced that Gabrielle Falciano, PT, DPT, ATC has joined the Hanover Clinic.
Falciano is a native of Long Island, NY and earned her bachelor degree in athletic training and doctorate of physical therapy from Boston University. She completed an orthopedic physical therapy residency at the University of Illinois in Chicago.
Falciano will be working at the Hanover clinic providing orthopedic services, including post concussion treatment, through Peak’s sports rehab and return-to-sports program. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. She resides in Brookline and is active in the Jimmy Fund’s walk to raise funds for cancer research and care.
