Thomas Barker has recently been elected to the Board of Trustees of New England Baptist Hospital. 

Effective September 18, 2019, Thomas Barker has been elected to the Board of Trustees of New England Baptist Hospital (NEBH), the premier regional provider for orthopedic surgery and the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders.

Mr. Barker is a health care regulatory lawyer and partner at Foley Hoag LLP, where he focuses his practice on health care legal and regulatory matters with a special expertise in Medicare and Medicaid law including coverage, reimbursement, and regulatory oversight. He also serves as a commissioner of the Medicaid and CHIP Payment and Access Commission (MACPAC), an advisory body that provides policy advice to Congress and the states. He is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School.
