Full-service real estate and property management firm Peabody Properties is proud to announce that Senior Compliance Manager Carol Germani has obtained National Affordable Housing Professional (NAHP-e), Executive Level designation.

Germani was sworn in as NAHP-e, Executive Level at the recent NEAHMA Annual Industry Awards reception, held in conjunction with the organization’s 29th Annual Conference & Trade Show. This select level of certification is designed to recognize affordable housing executives who have met various stringent requirements.

A resident of Cumberland, Rhode Island, Germani began her career with Peabody Properties 18 years ago.
