Boston-area brokerage leader Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Commonwealth Real Estate Invests in Marketing

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Commonwealth Real Estate has announced the hiring of Medway, MA resident Phillip Fougere, a marketing professional with more than 25 years’ experience as Brand Marketing Director for the company. In this role, Fougere will work on branding, advertising and marketing initiatives to support 22 offices and more than 500 sales associates as they seek to drive more sales and increase the brand’s presence in the Boston-area.

Earlier this month, Commonwealth Real Estate joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices through a franchise relationship. Most recently, Fougere was Senior Director of Solution Management at Epsilon, a leading marketing services company in Wakefield, Massachusetts. Previously, he held similar marketing leadership roles with area high-tech companies including ChoiceStream, Thomson-Dialog and Lycos. He also has experience on the agency side as a copywriter and account director.
