Knotel Adds Three More San Francisco Locations Totaling Nearly 45,000 SF

Knotel, the premier flexible workspace provider, announced today that it has finalized three new office space leases totaling approximately 45,000 square feet in San Francisco.

In the largest transaction, Knotel has completed a 35,643 square-foot deal with landlord Gaw Capital at 555 Montgomery Street. The new lease will encompass the 3rd, 6th and 17th floors of the building. Gaw Capital was represented in the transaction by Roman Adler of Newmark Knight Frank. Knotel was represented by Justin Bedecarre, Blake Stanley and Bryan Emmanuel of HelloOffice.

In addition to the transaction at 555 Montgomery Street, Knotel also inked deals for:

  • 5,592 square feet of space on the 2nd and 4th floors at 26 O’Farrell Street. The landlord, Leon Le, was represented by Jim Sobel of Colliers International. Justin Bedecarre, Blake Stanley and Bryan Emmanuel of HelloOffice represented Knotel.
  • 2,800 square-feet of office space on the 2nd and 3rd floor of 615 Sacramento Street. The landlord, Birmingham, was represented by Jim Sobel of Colliers International. Justin Bedecarre, Blake Stanley and Bryan Emmanuel of HelloOffice represented Knotel.

Subsequent to the expansion announced today, the firm now operates a total of almost 200,000 square feet of space in 20 locations.
