McGrath, a resident of Weymouth, was the recipient of the National Affordable Housing Program (NAHP-e) Executive of the Year Industry Award for 2018 at the recent NEAHMA Annual Industry Awards reception, held in conjunction with the organization’s Annual Conference & Trade Show.

McGrath, who began her career with Peabody Properties 23 years ago, was recognized for her contributions to the affordable housing industry.
