CBRE announced that Scott Dragos and Doug Jacoby will join CBRE/New England in Boston. Mr. Dragos and Mr. Jacoby join the firm’s highly recognized investment sales team in the region and will focus on expanding the client capital market services for office, industrial and retail investors across New England.
Over the last five years, Mr. Dragos and Mr. Jacoby have led a successful investment sales team with a track record of deals totaling more than $2.3 billion across 125 transactions since 2014. Dragos and Jacoby will be joined by their colleagues Anthony Hayes, Timothy Mulhall, Daniel Hines and Lyndsey Hmura.

The Dragos-Jacoby team’s combined recent transactions include the $279.6 million sale of Boston’s 100 Cambridge Street (600,000 SF); the $81.0 million sale of The Boston Globe HQ at Boston’s 135 Morrissey Boulevard (800,000 SF); and the $60.0 million sale of Providence, Rhode Island’s The Belvoir Medical Portfolio (348,000 SF).
