BayCoast Bank is pleased to announce that Monica Gaspar of Fall River, Massachusetts, has been promoted to Manager of the Wilbur Avenue branch in Swansea.

In this role, Gaspar, who previously was Assistant Manager of the Stafford Road branch in Fall River, is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the highly active Fall River location, overseeing all staff and activity. Her managerial post also includes building relationships with both existing and potential new commercial customers.

Gaspar joined BayCoast Bank in 2013, having worked in the banking industry for many years at various financial institutions.

A resident of Fall River, Gaspar volunteers with Junior Achievement and the SMILES Program.
