The Liz McCarron Team will offer a free seminar, “The Fall Real Estate Market - 2018” at the James Library, 24 West Street, Norwell on Monday, October 15 at 7 PM.
The speakers will include Liz McCarron, Realtor®, Local Real Estate Expertise; Chris Head, Realtor®, Norwell/Scituate Office Manager; Bob Melone, Mortgage Underwriting & Appraisals; and Jessica McCarron on Social Media Usage and Trends.
Topics will include: Local market statistics including market segment inventory, listings/sales price ratios; Preparing your home – where am I going to get the best return on home improvements and understanding that buyers needs may be different than yours; The William Raveis Real Estate advantage; Understanding Mortgage Underwriting and Appraisal Process; and Social Media – there’s so much to know and have fun with.
