Tishman Speyer Announces Two Leases at Boston Office Tower

Tishman Speyer, one of the world’s leading developers, owners, operators and asset managers of first-class real estate, has completed two lease transactions totaling over 84,000 square feet at 125 High Street in Boston.

Hogan Lovells has signed a new lease for 41,291 square feet for 15 years. One of the world’s leading law firms, with 2,800 attorneys in 49 cities around the world, Hogan Lovells is relocating its Boston office from 100 High Street.

Pepper Hamilton LLP has signed a renewal for approximately 42,105square feet for six years. The prestigious law firm, with over 400 attorneys serving clients from offices throughout the U.S. and in Europe, has maintained its Boston office at 125 High Street since 2007.

125 High Street is a three-building, 1.5 million-square-foot office complex locatedin Boston’s bustling Financial District. The complex, which encompasses a full city block, sits prominently on the Rose Kennedy Greenway and is bounded by High, Oliver, and Pearl Streets, includes three structures: the Oliver Street Tower; the High Street Tower; and 131 Oliver Street. In all, the property covers 2.5 acres connected via an 11-story glass atrium, with beautiful views of downtown and the harbor. It also hosts a 766-space parking garage consisting of five underground levels.

Tenants also benefit from direct access to 25 acres of public gardens, as well as nearby highway ramps. The property is situated in close proximity to Interstate 93, the Massachusetts Turnpike and South Station.
