BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Global growth expert Radius has appointed Jon Lamphier as managing director of its U.S. tax practice. Lamphier joins Radius from Discovery, Inc., where he served as vice president and counsel for M&A tax and tax planning. He takes over a team of CPAs, attorneys and business consultants that focuses on federal and state tax planning for multinationals.

Lamphier has served in Ernst & Young’s transaction advisory services group and in Deloitte’s M&A transactions practice, as well as in a classified role in the U.S. Marine Corps. He holds a law degree from Fordham Law School and a Masters of Law in taxation from New York University School of Law. He is a member of the tax sections of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
