Minnerly, Osvold, & Hannigan complete 65,000 Square Foot Lease in Franklin

NAI Hunneman announces today that it has completed a lease agreement with Champagne Logistics to grow into a 65,000 square foot space at 431 WashingtonStreet in Franklin, Massachusetts. The new space will allow Champagne Logistics to relocate from its current location at 15 Liberty Way in Franklin, and significantly expand.

The NAI Hunneman South Team of Cathy Minnerly, Ovar Osvold, and Sean Hannigan represented the landlord, GFI Partners, in the transaction, while Champagne Logistics was represented by Danielle Simbliaris of CBRE.
