Health Value Institute announces the acquisition of the Validation Institute. The Validation Institute acquisition allows the Health Value Institute to expand business operations into validation, consulting, in-person and online training and certification of the HR, Benefit, and Wellness executives.

Health Value Institute and Health Value Awards brings the Validation Institute to a broader audience of health care purchasers, providers, and program vendors. "The synergy will enable the Validation Institute to greatly expand its reach and grow the Validation Institutes Human Resource and Broker Training," said Vidar Jorgensen, Chairman World Congress, Health Value Awards and the Health Value Institute.

The Institute partnered with World Congress to validate the outcomes that the Health Value Award finalists submitted. Finalists had to pass a rigorous review by the Institute's population health scientists, making the Health Value Award the first to focus upon measurable, verified results.
