BayCoast Bank today announced Jana Dubova as Assistant Treasurer/Branch Manager of the North Dighton location.

In this role, Jana oversees all day-to-day activity at the North Dighton branch, located at 438 Spring Street.

Jana brings more than 10 years of experience in bank operations management and financial product sales to her post with BayCoast Bank, most recently as Assistant Branch Manager with HarborOne Bank. Her experience also includes branch management positions with Webster Bank and branch supervisory roles at Bank of America.

A resident of Dighton, Jana has certification in Small Business Banking, is a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer and a Massachusetts Notary Public. She is fluent in English and Czech.
