Former Bristol-Myers Squibb Campus Available For Immediate Lease

Colliers International Group Inc. (NASDAQ:CIGI, TSX:CIGI) and Trawler Capital Management, LLC (Trawler Capital) announce the availability of 440,000 square feet for lease in two, Class A office buildings within Princeton University’s Forrestal Campus. The buildings located along Scudders Mill Road will be led by the veteran leasing team of Colliers Executive Managing Directors Thomas Romano and Charlie Hatfield, and Associate Brett Incollingo. The Colliers team is seeking partial-floor, full-floor and full-building tenants who want to take advantage of the campus’ Princeton location, quality amenities, and thoughtful design.

The award winning and amenity filled class A office campus was formerly the headquarters of pharmaceutical giant Bristol Myers Squibb. The campus consists of three, five- story office buildings, each approximately 220,000 square feet, and situated within a well landscaped campus with walking trails, an amphitheater, outdoor eating and meeting areas.

“The campus was built to a quality standard that sets it apart from many other class A office campuses within the central and northern New Jersey office markets,” Hatfield said. “The original design anticipated the eventuality of being repurposed as a multi-tenant campus thereby affording tenants increased efficiency and value.”

Trawler Capital, new to the Princeton market, will undertake a repositioning strategy to add to the already substantial amenity base. Ownership has hired the renowned architectural firm Ware Malcomb to assist with the creation of the repositioning campaign, which will further separate this campus from its piers within the region. “The combination of Trawler Capital, Colliers International and Ware Malcomb creates a diverse, strategic and nimble team that will aggressively pursue and respond to each opportunity quickly and creatively to provide the most competitive transaction structures in the NJ market,” Romano said.
