STV|DPM Retained By St. Joseph's Health For Multiple Renovations

STV|DPM, part of STV, a national award-winning firm that provides a broad range of design and construction management services, announced that it has been hired by St. Joseph’s Health to oversee several major renovation/upgrade projects throughout its New Jersey healthcare network.

Founded in 1867, St. Joseph’s University Medical Center, a Paterson, NJ-based academic medical center and state-designated level II trauma center, retained STV|DPM to provide comprehensive project management services. Paterson campus projects include expansion of the existing infusion center, renovation of the women and children’s unit, as well as the construction of new administrative space at 633 Main Street. St. Joseph’s Wayne Medical Center campus projects include lobby, ambulatory and medical office building expansions, as well as the renovation and expansion of the Emergency Department.

Vice president Mark DuPre, ASHE, Sr. Assoc. AIA, along with senior project manager Corey Hennings and project manager Juan Cobos are collaborating with team members from CannonDesign and Vanderweil Engineers to deliver the upgrades over the span of the next three years. STV|DPM services in this assignment also include FF&E coordination, relocation and occupancy planning as well as day to day project coordination.

STV|DPM is currently providing similar services to Yale New Haven Hospital, Connecticut Children’s Medical Center and Greenwich Hospital.
