Gainline Capital Partners announces that its portfolio company Southern Motion, Inc., a domestic producer of upholstered motion furniture, has agreed to acquire Fusion Furniture, Inc., a domestic manufacturer of upholstered stationary furniture for the residential furniture market.

The combination of SoMo and Fusion enhances the ability of each company to capitalize on significant opportunities in the furniture industry and creates a leading upholstered furniture manufacturer with over 2,000 employees and more than two million square feet of owned, domestic manufacturing facilities.
