Hobbs Brook Management Signs Nine New Leases

Hobbs Brook Management LLC, a commercial property management and development firm specializing in leasing, construction and development of Class A office space, announced today that it has successfully negotiated nine leases across its office parks in Waltham and Wakefield, Mass. and Alpharetta, Georgia. The six new tenants and three renewed tenants collectively occupy almost 70,000 RSF

New Tenants

  • Alacrita, a life science consulting firm, has signed a three-year lease for 2,379 RSF at 303 Wyman Street in Waltham, Mass. Hobbs Brook Management was represented by Bob Borgman of Wyman Street Advisors. Amanda Stevens Snell of The Stevens Group-ITRA represented Alacrita.
  • 701 Edgewater in Wakefield, Mass. to establish a commercial banking presence north of Boston. Bob Borgman of Wyman Street Advisors served as the broker for Hobbs Brook Management. Chris Everest of Nordlund Associates represented Brookline Bank.
  • Edenred Commuter Benefit Solutions, the nation’s only comprehensive commuter benefit solutions provider and number one resource for commuter savings,has signed a new lease at 265 Winter Street in Waltham, Mass. The 16,837 RSF eight-year lease was brokered by Bob Borgman of Wyman Street Advisors. JLL’s Brendan Cohn represented Edenred.
  • 404 Wyman Street in Waltham, Mass. The 4,075 RSF lease was brokered by Bob Borgman of Wyman Street Advisors.
  • JazzHR, the leading recruiting solutions provider for small and medium-sized businesses, has signed a 4,293 RSF lease for six years at 610 Lincoln Street South in Waltham, Mass. Bob Borgman of Wyman Street Advisors represented Hobbs Brook Management. JazzHR was represented by Colin Whitney of T3 Advisors.
  • Meteor Learning, a company who partners with private colleges and universities to develop high-quality, workforce-aligned degrees, has signed a three-year lease at 301 Edgewater in Wakefield, Mass. The 2,133 RSF was brokered by Bob Borgman of Wyman Street Advisors for Hobbs Brook Management and Stephen Rich of Avison Young for Meteor Learning.

  • 101 Edgewater in Wakefield, Mass. Chip Batchelder served as the broker for Hobbs Brook Management. John Carroll of Colliers represented Advocator.
  • Axiom Valuation Solutions, a valuation firm providing a comprehensive range of valuation services including expert testimony for private businesses, illiquid securities, and intangible and tangible assets throughout North America, has extended its 2,062 RSF lease at 201 Edgewater in Wakefield, Mass. for three years. Bob Borgman of Wyman Street Advisors served as the broker for Hobbs Brook Management. Axiom Valuation Solutions was represented by Avison Young.
  • Tower Hill Insurance Group, a trusted name in homeowner insurance, has renewed its lease for 5,785 RSF at Preston Ridge in Alpharetta, Ga. for six years. Reeves Henritze of Colliers served as the broker.
