Cushman and Wakefield is pleased to announce that Rick Swartz has been promoted to Vice Chair of the firm’s Senior Housing Capital Markets Group.

Mr. Swartz joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2003 as a Managing Director and Principal responsible for originating, structuring and placing debt and equity investments nationally. In 2007 he opened the firm’s Boston office where he continues to serve the firm’s clients nationally. In 2011 Mr. Swartz initiated the firm’s Senior Housing Capital Markets Group.

Swartz received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Cornell University, and his master’s from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the United Land Institute and the American Senior Housing Association. Mr. Swartz holds Series 7 and Series 63 licenses with FINRA.
