The Women’s Business Connection, an affinity group of the South Shore Chamber of Commerce, will celebrate the future of small business and its imminent leaders as host of the 8th Annual Leadership in Action Conference on May 30th at Curry College in Milton.
For the 8th consecutive year, the Women’s Business Connection (WBC) will host the day of learning and inspiration for young women in their sophomore and junior years from high schools throughout the South Shore. Workshops offered during the day-long program deal with various aspects to prepare participants for college and life as a professional. The conference also provides introduction and “lessons learned” from a panel of successful women, some of whom have taken non-traditional career paths.
