BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--iboss, provider of the leading cloud-based web security solution, announcedtoday that it has made three additions to its senior leadership team, with two external hires and an internal promotion. Kyle Bettigole joins iboss as Senior Vice President and General Counsel, and David Tabachnick joins the company as Senior Vice President, Finance and Corporate Controller. Eileen Heller, previously Director of Talent, is now Vice President of People.

Bettigole brings nearly 20 years of experience working with companies during periods of business transformation and rapid growth, and previously served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Decision Resources Group, and Senior Vice President and General Counsel at The Princeton Review. Bettigole will oversee iboss’ worldwide legal functions and lead strategic corporate and legal initiatives for the company.

Tabachnick brings over 15 years of experience in accounting and financial operations within the technology industry, and served as Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer at Autotask Inc., Vice President, Corporate Controller at both Vidyo Inc., and NTT DATA and Senior Manager within KPMG LLP’s audit practice. Tabachnick will lead a team focused on building the business infrastructure that will enable iboss to continue its hyper-growth trajectory.

As Vice President of People, Heller will be responsible for human resources, training, and recruiting at iboss. Prior to joining iboss as Director of Talent, Heller was Director of Talent Acquisition for Intepros Consulting and Director of Recruitment at Network Plus. Heller will be focused on continuing to grow the iboss team while building a culture dedicated to collaborative innovation.
