Cushman & Wakefield Represents George P. Johnson in Office Relocation to 200 Clarendon Street

Cushman & Wakefield announced today that is has represented George P. Johnson in its 26,759 square foot relocation from 711 Atlantic Avenue to 200 Clarendon Street.

“We are excited to start the next chapter of our business in such a prime and desirable building,” said George P. Johnson CEO Chris Meyer. “This new location puts us right in the heart of Boston and Copley Square with more space and amenities than we had before.”

At the center of Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood, 200 Clarendon is New England’s tallest building and a significant Boston landmark. With 62 stories and approximately 1.7 million square feet of space, this all-glass tower features a 360-degree view of Boston. The building is walking distance from a plethora of amenities, major transportation locations and recreational areas such as the Public Garden and the Boston Common. Other amenities include a private underground parking garage, FedEx and UPS services, Bank of America ATM, 24-hour security assistance, café and coffee bar.
