BayCoast Mortgage Company, LLC, formerly known as NFC Mortgage, with offices in Westford and Swansea, MA, and a service area including all the East Coast from New England to Florida, is pleased to announce that Rosa L. Nguyen has joined the company as a Mortgage Loan Officer.

In this position, Nguyen will be responsible for conducting interviews with prospective borrowers and analyzing financial and credit data. Additionally, she will work to determine her customers’ financing objectives and advise her customers of product and pricing policies and guidelines. Nguyen will continually provide exceptional customer service in part by maintaining a thorough knowledge of lending programs, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Nguyen brings a great deal of related experience to her position with BayCoast Mortgage, including previous positions in the real estate, insurance, computer software, and retail banking industries. Nguyen earned an MBA from Anna Maria College in 2009.

A resident of Worcester, Nguyen volunteers with the “Food for the Poor Program” run by St. John’s Church in Worcester, and also participates as a volunteer in the United Way’s Day of Caring and Relay for Life. Additionally, she spends time volunteering at high schools throughout Worcester, helping seniors navigate the college application process.
