In the workshop, “Get to Know HTG,” Arlin Sorensen and Dennis O’Connell walk through the value that investing time in regular peer interaction can have for your business. The discovery session is a combination of information and hands on participation in some of the key elements that HTG uses in their peer to peer framework. Navigate attendees can sign up at: https://www.continuum.net/navigate2016/trainings#signup.

In the session, “Creating a Culture Where People Want to Work,” the panel discusses creating a culture where people want to come to work. Business owners often spend a lot of time and money on strategic planning, improving operational efficiency and increasing financial results. Culture often takes a back seat to these areas, but is in fact something that determines success in every other outcome. Hear ideas from panelists, Tim Weber,

Director, Infrastructure Services at ADNET Technologies; Stephan Jenner, Principal Consultant at Telus Partners and Ally Hollins-Kirk, CEO at Onestop IT Solutions.

Last year, Continuum launched two exclusive peer groups – one for owners and one for network operations center (NOC) managers of its MSP partners, in conjunction with HTG. An additional NOC managers group was added in April of this year. The groups will come together for a pre-conference session on Tuesday and Wednesday of Navigate to discuss HTG methodologies and business planning.

HTG members utilize Continuum’s Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platform, backed by the company’s industry-leading Network Operations Center (NOC) with 700 technicians and U.S.-based Help Desk, resolving thousands of alerts, 24x7x365, for small and medium sized business clients. Continuum’s Continuity247™ fully managed backup and disaster recovery (BDR) platform is also supported by Continuum’s NOC, monitoring and verifying backups, providing recovery and testing support, troubleshooting and ensuring backups run. These services minimize HTG members’ time dealing with day-to-day IT, allowing them to focus on business and strategic initiatives in order to grow their business.

With 36 breakout sessions and four keynote addresses, Navigate is a unique opportunity for MSPs to discuss new ideas with peers and learn from experts across a variety of disciplines, all focused on building the success and growth of the IT channel. Navigate is the premier annual event for Continuum’s MSP partners that includes strategy, education, training and networking led by top business and channel leaders. The event offers unique content to help improve business strategies, increase sales and marketing efforts and gain a deeper understanding of Continuum products.
