TradingScreen, the leading independent provider of liquidity, trading, and investment technology via SaaS, today announced that the Board of Directors of TradingScreen Inc. appointed Pierre Schroeder as the Chief Executive Officer. He has served as interim Chief Executive Officer since May 10, 2016.
Pierre Schroeder brings significant industry experience to his role at TradingScreen which includes 25 years' experience in senior capital markets and proprietary trading positions, including two decades at Société Générale (SocGen) in a number of senior leadership roles. In addition to serving on the TradingScreen board for eight years, Pierre was an early investor and customer and has an intimate understanding of the company's products and services.
The Company will also continue to have the benefit of its Executive Committee, consisting of Piero Grandi, Chair, Mr. Schroeder, and Robert Trudeau. TradingScreen's former CEO, Philippe Buhannic will no longer participate in the day-to-day management of the Company, but remains a member of the Board of Directors.
