The New England Employee Benefits Council (NEEBC) presents “Wellness: More Than Meets the ROI” a Wellness Program on Wednesday, June 22. The half-day event will focus on the value of employee health and well-being to both employers and individuals, beyond financial analytics.
While employers across the country are implementing well-being improvement initiatives to increase their competitiveness and create meaningful differentiation, they continue to struggle with demonstrating measurable results. Join speakers Robin Bouvier, Vice President, Aon Hewitt; Ray Fabius, M.D., Researcher, Author; Co-Founder & Vice Chairman, HealthNext; Christopher J. King, Environmental, Health & Safety Manager, KARL STORZ Endovision, Inc.; and Debra Wein, Founder & CEO, Wellness Workdays for a session that will include tactics and strategies to maximize the value of health and wellness programs, and help move the conversation beyond ROI. Topics to be discussed include:
- New data on Return on Investment (ROI) and Value of Investment (VOI)
- How employers can achieve leadership support for well-being initiatives
- Best practices for the development of population health management initiatives
- Ground-breaking research on VOI measurement strategies and calculation methodologies
- Challenges and best practices related to VOI
- Effective strategies and tactics to improve employee total well-being
The June 22 program will be held from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm at the Waltham Woods Conference Center, with Registration, Breakfast and Networking starting at 8:00. The Conference Center is located at 860 Winter Street, Waltham. Speaker Dr. Ray Fabius is being sponsored by Merck.
NEEBC is recognized by SHRM to offer 3 Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP. This program may also qualify for CEBS continuing professional education (CPE) credit.
