Gilkie & Allen represent landlord and procure tenant Menicon America in relocation to 10,000 SF in Billerica

NAI Hunneman recently completed a 10,000 SF, lease transaction with Menicon America at 76 Treble Cove Road in Billerica, MA. The contact lens manufacturer is relocating its operations from Waltham.

NAI Hunneman Senior Vice President David Gilkie and Assistant Vice President Michael Allen represented landlord Alibrandi Realty Associates, LLC along with procuring tenant Menicon.
