Micah Stubblebine and James Stubblebine, Principals of The Stubblebine Company, negotiated the sale the Buyer, Atholton Holdings, LLC, while Bryan Ernst of Access Commercial represented the Seller, Executive Park LLC. The Buyer’s company will occupy approximately half of the building.
