Peabody Properties, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms, is pleased to announce that Patricia Juba of Taunton, Massachusetts, has earned her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through the Boston Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®).
Juba, who joined Peabody Properties in 2006, is a Senior Property Manager; she oversees a portfolio of 10 affordable housing communities that serve the homeless population as they transition into permanent housing. Her CPM designation was announced during the recent IREM® 2021 Economic Forecast. It is considered the premier public sector property management certification worldwide, is based on a selected set of competencies, and is awarded upon completion of an accredited CPM program.
