Global printing equipment manufacturer recently finalized move into new Corporate Headquarters at upgraded Class-A office building in Parsippany
The New Jersey office of Avison Young announced the closing of a long-term, 11-year, 33,910-square-foot lease for Bobst on the first floor of 10 Waterview Boulevard in Parsippany, NJ. The company relocated from its previous site in Roseland, NJ and finalized its move to 10 Waterview Boulevard in late September. The space will serve as the company’s new North American Corporate Headquarters.
The 10 Waterview Boulevard Building is a three-story, 211,879 square-foot Class A building owned by Waterview Investors, LLC. An Avison Young team lead by Principal and Managing Director Jeff Heller and Senior Vice President Steven Geltzeiler represented the property owner in the transaction. Bobst was represented by Steven Pavon, Managing Member of CohnReznick Real Estate.
Bobst is one of the world’s leading suppliers of substrate processing, printing and converting equipment and services for the label, flexible packaging, folding carton, and corrugated industries. The company was founded in 1890 and has a presence in over 50 countries.

Other upgrades at 10 Waterview Boulevard included new exterior signage and outdoor tenant seating areas, as well as striking renovated bathrooms, upgraded mechanicals, and a modern child-care facility on an adjoining property that included a walkway and parking lot access to 10 Waterview Boulevard.

10 Waterview Boulevard is located on seven acres near the intersection of routes 80, 280, and 287, providing unique views of the 775-acre Boonton Reservoir. 10 Waterview Boulevard is also only 25 minutes away from Newark International Airport.
