David and James Stubblebine, Principals of The Stubblebine Company, and Alan Ringuette, Senior Advisor, recently sold 75 Jytek Park, Leominster, a 128,592-sf manufacturing/warehouse property for $4.25M. The Stubblebine Company represented the Seller, Jytek Industrial Trust, and directly procured the Buyer, United Plastics.

With their made in America products, United Plastics Corporation has been around for more than 70 years. They have grown to become one of the largest manufacturers and suppliers of automotive die cut wear pads in North America. They also service the construction, automotive and furniture markets with their diverse array of products and have recently entered the market of residential and commercial soundproofing.
