HAP Investments, a New York-based real estate investment and development company, today announced a number of third quarter achievements at its residential properties in Manhattan.
“We were able to make significant progress on the construction of several new developments, as well as complete multiple deals at our existing projects, despite continued uncertainty due to COVID-19,” said Eran Polack, CEO-NY & Co-Founder of HAP Investments.
During the quarter, HAP Investments surpassed several milestones towards the completion of the Maverick, a 20-story, 312,500-square-foot condominium and rental building located at 215 West 28th Street in Chelsea. The company successfully installed the façade of the building designed by DXA studio, with construction scheduled to be finished in early 2021, according to Eran Polack.
HAP Investments also received a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) for 2338 Second Avenue, its new residential development located at the southeast corner of East 120th Street in East Harlem. The mixed-use property includes 30 rental units.
On the sales and leasing front, HAP Investments successfully completed a number of deals entirely remotely, from virtual showings and registration to closing, including several leases at 2211 Third Avenue and 329 Pleasant Avenue in East Harlem.
“As a result of our continued focus on creating a safer and more productive work environment, along with an increased emphasis on virtual marketing and sales tools, we anticipate further success at our properties for the remainder of 2020 and beyond,” Eran Polack stated.
