Media representatives are invited to attend a 10:00 a.m. ground-breaking ceremony this Friday, Oct. 9th at the corner of Davol and Turner Streets in Fall River when BayCoast Bank begins construction of a 47,700 square foot residential apartment and commercial complex.
The vacant property is located along Fall River’s Waterfront, within the City of Fall River Housing Development Overlay District and one quarter mile from the South Coast Rail Project Davol Street commuter rail terminal, which is currently under construction. The proposed six-story new construction project will create 49 residential units on Floors 2 through 6 in which a minimum of 80% of the units will be market rate units.
A portion of the first floor of the facility will be dedicated to a branch office of BayCoast Bank with the balance of the first floor space reserved for supportive services to the residential units, inclusive of lobby, mail room, and fitness center.
