DJSA Architecture PC, a full service architectural firm specializing in commercial design, has promoted Zachary Silvia of Somerset, MA to the position of Associate.

In this role, Silvia, who prior to his promotion held the title of Project Architect, is responsible for working with clients from project conception through occupancy, participating in all phases of project design and construction administration, and the evaluation of site conditions and constraints, among other duties.

Zachary Silvia joined DJSA Architecture PC in November of 2017. He holds both a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Master of Architecture from Roger Williams University and is licensed to practice architecture in Massachusetts. He is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).

While studying architecture, Silvia worked as a laborer for a contractor to further understand and appreciate the skill in producing architectural renderings and how they are interpreted in the field.

Silvia lives in his hometown of Somerset, Massachusetts with his wife Emily and their two children. In his spare time he enjoys watching New England sports, and “as a family traveling to and from our kids’ activities and sports” programs. He coaches his daughter Paisley’s softball team and looks forward to the opportunity of coaching his younger son Eli’s teams.
