DLA Piper has advised P3 Logistic Parks GmbH on the rental of commercial space to Makita Werkzeug GmbH. After its completion in mid-October, the battery and power tool manufacturer will lease the complete second construction phase totaling 16,651 sqm in the P3 Park in Obertraubling near Regensburg. The rental agreement was signed for a term of five years.
After completion, the P3 Park Obertraubling will have a total area of 38,000 sqm. The first construction stage of the park with two rental units has already been 75 percent leased to Euro Pool System since July 2020. The P3 Park Obertraubling is located in the south of Regensburg.
