Cushman & Wakefield announced today that it has added Paul Ambrose to the firm’s Boston Valuation and Advisory team as senior director, where he will be responsible for valuing complex commercial and multi-family assets throughout New England.
“We’re extremely impressed with Paul’s experience and the impact he’s has on the commercial real estate industry in the Greater Boston region,” said Robert Skinner, executive managing director at Cushman & Wakefield. “He’s had an impeccable track record in the valuation of a wide variety of both commercial and multi-family property types and we’re confident he will be an invaluable member of our team.”
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ambrose spent the last 15 years at Joseph J. Blake & Associates, Inc., where he served as a director with the New England regional office. Throughout his career, Ambrose has prepared appraisals for national and local banks, government agencies, insurance companies and owners. He has also provided quarterly valuations for various institutional investors and advisors. He has also mentored and trained several appraisers that have gone on to achieve both Certified General and/or MAI designations.
“This is an exciting move for me as I’ve always had tremendous respect for Cushman & Wakefield,” said Ambrose. “It’s position in the market is extremely impressive and I look forward to working with this incredible team to deliver thoughtful and comprehensive valuation and advisory services to our clients.”
Ambrose holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Bentley University, a master’s degree from Clark University and a MAI designation from The Appraisal Institute. He is a state certified general real estate appraiser in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont.
