"Hearth looks forward to bringing a major new housing resource to the Four Corners community,” said Mark Hinderlie, president and CEO of Hearth. “The community partnered with the City of Boston and identified what they wanted to see in this project. The City then asked for organizations to bid for the right to develop the project and Hearth was honored to be selected by the community.

“In a major project like this the team members were critical as well, from our developer D.F. Pray, our architects The Dream Collaborative and The Architectural Team, our management company Peabody Properties, and so many others. In the end, the whole team worked with the same desire to provide beautiful permanent housing for vulnerable seniors, and we thank them and the community with all our heart,” he added.

“We’re excited to announce availability at the Hearth at Four Corners,” said Karen Fish-Will, principal and CEO of the Peabody Companies. “The need for affordable housing for the senior population is growing; we’re proud to offer this remarkable community to eligible applicants and look forward to welcoming them to their new home.”
