As businesses prepare to return to work as restrictions are lifted, Jay Nuss Realty Group, LLC is providing valuable information through a series of webinars to help business owners and the public prepare for this next phase.
Their July 9 presentation will feature Kevin Trainor and John Whitney of Bay State Property Management, Quincy, who will provide insight into the current state of the market for the management of commercial properties. They will be joined by Jim Hickox and Corey Mileski, of Apple Corps Cleaning in Weymouth, a commercial cleaning company; attendees will learn about the proper ways to clean an office facility to assure safety for returning employees and vendors. They will shed insight into the latest trends in commercial cleaning.

Kevin Trainor is the founder of Bay State Property Management, a Quincy firm which he founded in 2004. Bay State Property Management serves as liaison between owners, attorneys, and buyers, and manages the teams of vendors who provide services to each facility. He is a Stonehill College graduate and was a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst with State Street Corporation prior to founding Bay State Property Management. He is joined in the webinar by John Whitney, Director of Operations at Bay State Property Management, who brings a strong background in account management and territory sales to his work. The Quincy native and current Braintree resident is active in the Quincy Rotary, and the Quincy Chamber of Commerce.
Jim Hickox and Corey Mileski, Apple Corps
Jim Hickox founded Apple Corps in 1982, with a goal of providing a high level of service to clients in the greater Boston area and southeastern Massachusetts. Apple Corps cleans over two million square feet of commercial office space each night. They serve a wide range of facilities in Greater Boston and southeastern MA, including office buildings, retails stores, educational facilities, medical buildings, health club facilities, condominium and apartment complexes, construction projects and houses of worship. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth and earned an MBA from Anna Maria College. He’s also served as an adjunct professor at Newbury College in Boston.
Corey Mileski has been an Account Executive for Apple Corps since 2017. Prior to joining the Apple Corps team he worked as a Carpet Cleaning Expert and Customer Service Representative at another cleaning company. He has more than 12 years of experience in customer service and sales as well as more than six years of experience in the cleaning industry. He was born and raised in Rockland and currently lives in North Weymouth.
