Peabody Company’s Kristen Fowler Receives Fair Housing Compliance Designation

The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms, is proud to announce that Kristen Fowler, Resident Services Manager at Braintree Village, has earned a Fair Housing Compliance (FHC™) designation from the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA).

Those who achieve FHC™ designation are trained to understand complex and far-reaching fair housing laws.

Fowler, a resident of Whitman, Massachusetts, joined The Peabody Companies in 2007. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Stonehill College and a master’s from Bridgewater State College, now known as Bridgewater State University. In 2019, Fowler earned the Specialist in Housing Credit Management® (SHCM®) designation, issued by NAHMA.

She is Resident Services Manager at Braintree Village, a community of 324 apartment homes that offer supportive services and coordinated activities.
