Rockrose Purchases Development Rights at 98 DelKalb

Fried Frank acted as counsel to Rockrose Development in connection with its US$18.9 million acquisition of air rights as part of its US$81 million acquisition of a 390,000-square-foot development site at 98 DeKalb Avenue in Brooklyn, New York.
