Ian Richman and Marc Isdaner of Colliers International’s Mount Laurel office represented Puratos Corp. in the sale of 8000 National Highway in Pennsauken New Jersey. This is the third time Colliers has sold the property. 

The 29,418 SF warehouse facility was purchased by Patrick J. Kelly Drums, a provider of sustainable storage products, including drums, totes, hazmat boxes, plastic shredding, and plastic pails, and services such as drum destruction, drum/tote reconditioning and product distribution.

The property is well located with great highway access and in close proximity to the bridges to Philadelphia.
