Peabody Properties, a full-service real estate and property management firm, is proud to announce that Resident Service Coordinator Nancy Chapman of Scituate, Massachusetts, has achieved her Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) licensure.
The Association of Social Work Boards is the nonprofit organization composed of and owned by the social work regulatory boards and colleges of all 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, and all 10 Canadian provinces. It is the only nonprofit organization dedicated to social work regulation; its mission is to provide support and services to the social work regulatory community to advance safe, competent, and ethical practices to strengthen public protection.
A member of the Peabody Properties team since 2016, Chapman is the Resident Service Coordinator at Moorings at Squantum Gardens in Quincy and Bethany Apartments in Hanover.
