Great Celebration Today for the Ironworkers at Assembly Row Working on 455 Grand Union Boulevard!

Federal Realty Investment Trust celebrated the topping off of Assembly Row’s newest building at 455 Grand Union Boulevard today, honoring the hard work of Ironworkers Local 7. The steel roof beam was raised approximately 200 feet in the air, and is one of the last of approximately 3500 tons of steel that was used in construction. 455 Grand Union is a 300K SF class-A office building that will be anchored by Puma North America’s new corporate headquarters. The building will be completed in January of 2021.
